Prof. Mohd Ossama in March 2024 delivered a power packed MDP on Leadership for government sector employees at LMA Conference hall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.  The MDP was jointly organised by LMA and NIPM at LMA Conference hall. The MDP was attended by numerous government sector employees and other members of major Industry and management bodies.  The MDP focussed on various facets of leadership, developing executive presence, inculcating leadership development qualities and various aspects of inspirational leadership that impacts our teams and organisations.
