Full Blown Entrepreneurship Development Program in Residence needed for young graduates or undergraduates per district under Startup India Schemes.  District wise plan to spur entrepreneurship needed with basic facilities and motivation to be industry leaders, wealth creators and job providers.  Entrepreneurship Development Program in Residence needed in all aspirational districts, also other economically important districts. ODOP schemes, mudra schemes, export promotion schemes, sector specific schemes needed for each district. Aspirational districts are key economic centres, while all other centres should be made self sufficient & self reliant.
