Management students of management department of BNCET College, Lucknow celebrated Earth Day at the department in April 2024.  The event marked awareness, sensitisation and consultation to mark importance of sustainable development for future generations. The faculty and staff of the management department led the event. 

Startup Planning Session was conducted at BNCET College today by renowned retired CSIR Scientist and mentor Prof. Harish Kumar Dwivedi Ji in April 2024. The session was attended by senior faculty members and senior authorities and energizing students of BNCET. Prof. Mohd Ossama had the privilege to be the part of Viksit Bharat Abhiyan- Ambassador Meeting, Lucknow in March 2024 and witness many wonderful presentations. Union Minister Shri Anurag Thakur gave an elaborate explanation and an inspirational presentation on Viksit Bharat Abhiyan. Prof. Mohd Ossama in March 2024 delivered a power packed MDP on Leadership for government sector employees at LMA Conference hall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.  The MDP was jointly organised by LMA and NIPM at LMA Conference hall. The MDP was attended by numerous government sector employees and other members of major Industry and management bodies.  The MDP focussed on various facets of leadership, developing executive presence, inculcating leadership development qualities and various aspects of inspirational leadership that impacts our teams and organisations.
