Prof. Mohd Ossama attended the Startups Evaluation Framework Workshop at AKTU organised by UP Electronics Corporation, IT department, UP Government in association with SIDBI, July 24. The sessions focussed on diving deep into arena of venture funding & what are the  parameters to judge the capacities of a young startup ready for investment. Various models of performance evaluation framework were discussed. Many government leaders, professors, investors, mentors, founders, incubation managers and professionals attended the program.

Prof. Mohd Ossama delivered a seminar on Startup India for CS students (AI/ML) at BNCET Lucknow B Block, July 2024. Various facets of startup revolution & economic business ecosystem for Viksit Bharat were discussed. Students must become enablers & leaders in their own trade and produce world class products & services. Most students expressed their happiness to work as building blocks in making India No. 1 Economy in the world.

Immersive Case Study session on Financial Management & Corporate Finance. July 2024.  The MBA students of Management Department BNCET Lucknow participated in an immersive session on Case Studies in Financial Management. The topics were focused on -  1. Dividend Policy of Infosys. 2. Investment Fraud - The case of Sahara India Pariwar. 3. Atal Pension Yojna (APY). Features, Relevance & Applications. The students participated in an long session, delivered presentations, attended Q&A and discussed the practical applications of the business topics given. World MSME Day observed at MBA Dept BNCET, June 2024. Business Extempore Compitition was organised by Management Department and students were briefed about the importance of MSME to the economy.  

World MSME Day observed at MBA Dept, BNCET, June, 2024. MSME organisations forms the backbone of our economy and supports major contribution in National GDP, employment and other business development aspects. Most firms are Micro, Small or Medium Enterprises, they support local employment, technology transfer, skills development and economic welfare and even offer great export houses for Indian commodities. The MBA department of BNCET observed MSME Day, students were acquainted about the concept of small businesses and importance of small firms in National Development. There was a Business Extempore Compitition organised and all students spoke on business management themes.
