Competition Commission of India (CCI) key to develop level markets!

CCI is an apex body for providing level playing field and preventing unfair trade practices. The monopoly over markets should eventually give way to more holistic developed mature and just marketplace. 

CCI has provided key decisions to prove that common good exists in the markets and the just trade practices prevail over the market.

Many giants like Amazon, Google, Oyo, Microsoft and others have seen that good practices prevail in the markets. One big business should not negatively impact many other smaller businesses in the long run. 

Fair competition must prevail, CCI judgments must be effective and trend setter. Monopoly should not be allowed to stop the development of a tech driven mature markets. 

Startups and other entrepreneurs must be encouraged to enter the field and create new benchmarks in the given sector. 

B-schools must train entities to evolve new business models and new business plans to serve the consumer and general citizenry. 

Indian markets should be open, mature, just, innovative, level playing and technology driven to drive global standards and national growth.
