Business mediation key to professional success!

Can Business Mediation or Professional Negotiations solve the problems of pending judicial cases worth lakhs to crores of business money! 

Business mediation is an art and needs astute business skills and negotiations can also be learnt, practiced and commercialized for solving trade or business disputes.

Mediation needs to be encouraged and promoted and there needs to be proper classes in business schools to teach global level business negotiation skills, trade pacts preparation, dispute settlement procedures, consensus building, conflict management and common business development opportunities. 

Lakhs and crores worth of money in disputes pending over the years and tribunals such as NCLT, Tribunals linked to SEBI etc. should search for proper business negotiations leading to solutions saving time, money and production output in economic system. 

Business disputes should be solved with mediation and negotiations and a common framework should be adopted to solve the problems rather than dragging it beyond a time or economic cycle. 

Negotiations must be taught, learnt and practiced at all levels of business education and skilling leading to solved business leadership and peaceful business development in the economy.
