Charisma can be reached with some of the following qualities in dealing in executive positions - (1) emotional intelligence (2) mass appeal (3) relevance (4) setting an example (5) motivational story (6) peer connect (7) business etiquettes (8) following organisational protocols (9) supporting right causes (10) knowledge, wisdom, statecraft and managerial or administrative excellence. 

But, leadership requires communication etiquettes and minimum level of coordination and cooperation with team, organisations and the industry. Leadership story should inspire others and create more and more positive success stories. So one can create charisma and practice leadership for serving organisations, industry and the national economy and the great nation.
